FAQ

A few direct answers.

What can I do from a reminder?

Mark the dose Taken, snooze it for 10 minutes, or skip it. If you do not respond, it can remain in Needs Attention.

Does a notification name the medication?

No. It says “Time to take your medication” and “Tap to view your medication.” A voice reminder says “It’s time for your medication.” Neither includes the medicine, the dosage, or a family member’s name.

Is NISA MED a medical service?

No. It organizes reminders and records. It does not diagnose, treat, or tell you to change a medication. For a medical emergency in the United States, call 911.
